NextGen at Adyen

As a NextGen at Adyen, you’ll have the chance to gain real-world experience and develop your skills by working part-time with one of our teams during the last 6-12 months of your studies. You’ll learn about our company, products, and processes while collaborating with a full-time team on various projects to improve our operations. We encourage creative thinking and welcome your ideas for process improvement. Best of all, you can start your career at Adyen while continuing your education.

We can already hear you thinking: “But what position is this exactly about?”. That depends on your ambitions and interests. So think about your preferred direction and why you want to build a career at Adyen. We hire all year round, and the availability of positions depends on the department and time. We’re seeking individuals who are committed and envision themselves as the future of Adyen. While you’ll undoubtedly have a great experience working with us, we’re looking for individuals who have the desire and availability to stay with us long-term.


Who you are

You have a great sense of responsibility and strong analytical skills;
You understand you’ll be working with confidential data and will act accordingly; You pick up new information quickly, take ownership, and are collaborative; You’re a student and are ambitious to join Adyen full-time after graduating.



You’re registered and living in the Netherlands;
You’re graduating within 6 – 12 months (and currently enrolled in a study program); You’re able to work from our Amsterdam offices;
You can speak and write English on a professional level;
You’re available to work at least 16 hours a week
